They say pictures can say a thousand words but I don't have to use that many to see these things about you. You are hardworking man for what I see and you don't get much rest. You usually don't rest until you get everything done. It's okay to be highly motivated and self-driven but pace yourself so you want be exhauisted at the end of the day. Where you work at right now requires much effort to perform. Sometimes you do more than you should and that can become a serious problem. Try not to get to personal with your co-workers because some of them wants your position. They will take your words and twist them against you.
