I have been looking for a way to market my internet businesses other than Zoofer. I give out vip invitations, business cards, and tell friends and family members to check out my websites. The problem is that I'm limited by the number of people I talk to, and that are here on Zoofer. Another problem is that 24 hours in a day thing, and eight of them I attempt to dedicate to sleep.

I printed out the vip invitations on the website, and I gave about ten away before going to work this morning. I gave about six away at Wal Mart, two at Wachovia bank, and two at Publix grocery store. That was all before 9:30 am. I give them the invitation, and they ask,"what is it." I just tell them that there's a video on the website that expains it all to them, and one day you're going to see me and tell how happy you are that I gave you this invitation. They are so easy to give out. Don't just think about the people you know. Thank about the people you come in contact with on a daily bases. The cashier, the postman, the waitress, the bag boy, the cart man, the lady loading her grocery in her car, then there's friends and family.

I completely understand how you feel about being shy. I wasn't shy to try internet businesses, I was deathly afraid. I've been using the internet for ten years. For many years I've been getting emails about home based and internet businesses. It's only been within the last year that I've been able to try it. I don't know anyone who does it personally. So, I am somewhat of a pioneer in my family, to be the first to start an online business and hopefully one day when I find the exact miss of ebusinesses I can help them to get started as well. My family is also afraid of the internet. When I say family I am referring to my siblings. Some of them can't figure out their cellphones. So, I have a hard road ahead of pulling them out of their comfort zone. It's easy to state "safe", but someone told me once that if you don't try nothing that is what you will get, "Nothing." So, I have to take a chance not just for me and my household but for my family and friends households as well.
